Rates & Insurance
I believe financial transparency is an important part of beginning therapy. Below you’ll find current session rates and information about insurance and payment.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with:
Regence
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Premera
I am out-of-network with other insurance plans. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs.
Payment is due at the time of each session. I can provide a detailed receipt, or superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you or how much they will cover.
Before beginning therapy, I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:
What are my outpatient mental health benefits?
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Is an LICSW/LCSW covered under my plan?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage or amount will my plan reimburse per session?
How many sessions are covered?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?

Not Sure If We're a Good Fit?
You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can briefly connect, discuss what you're looking for, and answer any questions you may have about starting therapy.
Finding the right therapist is important. If I don't feel that I’m the best person to support you—whether because of scheduling, scope of practice, or another consideration—I’ll be happy to help connect you with a more appropriate resource when possible.
My goal is for you to feel informed, comfortable, and confident about taking the next step.
