Feel More Grounded. Understand Yourself. Move Forward.

I offer secure telehealth therapy to adults residing in Washington and Oregon. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, a life transition, relationship challenges, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and figure out what you need next.

  • Burnout and stress

What to Expect

We’ll begin with an initial session focused on understanding what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change, and what support would be most helpful. From there, we’ll develop a plan together. The frequency and length of therapy will depend on your needs, goals, and preferences, and we’ll regularly check in about how our work is going.

I use a personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Depending on your goals, our work may include practical strategies for managing everyday challenges, exploring patterns in relationships, strengthening boundaries and self-trust, or processing experiences that continue to affect you. I may integrate approaches including CBT, mindfulness-based practices, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and parts work when appropriate.

A Safe Place to Begin

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. My goal is to make the process feel approachable and create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself without judgment.

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to me, and I’ll review the limits of confidentiality and your rights as a client at the beginning of our work together.

Take the First Step

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to connect, talk briefly about what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and see whether we might be a good fit.

If you’re ready to explore therapy, I’d be happy to hear from you.
